- Then it's not your lot yet. Big Barry's is invite-only. Ask the person who told you about it; they can ask for a TestFlight invitation and an invite code for you.
- MAKE IT! says Momma cut me off.
- You reached your daily limit. Momma's Office shows what you spent today. The limit resets at midnight UTC. If you need a higher one, ask the person who invited you.
- Where did my new pictures go?
- Pictures you don't keep move to the Clearance Bin after 3 days. Open the bin and rescue them within 3 more days, or they are deleted. To keep a picture for good, tap KEEP, favorite it, send it or share it.
- My pictures don't show on my other device.
- Sign in with the same Apple ID on both. Your lot syncs when the app opens and a few seconds after something changes. Check that both devices are online.
- Where is the iMessage app on my Mac?
- Apple does not allow it in Mac apps, so it is on iPhone and iPad only. On the Mac, right-click Barry in the menu bar, pick a picture under FRESH OFF THE LOT to copy it, and paste it into Messages.
- How do I change the Mac hotkey?
- Right-click Barry in the menu bar and choose Change Hotkey…. The default is ⌃⌥⌘B.
- The radio is silent.
- K-BARRY starts only when you tap play: in the app, on Barry's head on the Mac, or with the Play K-BARRY control. Sound effects follow your silent switch, and each sound has its own switch in Momma's Office.
- My widget shows the same kind of picture.
- Touch and hold the widget, choose Edit Widget, and change Show, Change every or Barry dressing.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Momma's Office and tap DELETE ACCOUNT. Every picture is deleted. The privacy policy says exactly what happens.
